Andrew, I hope you found the manual on the web via the links already provided. If not, PM me and I can scan the hardcopy manual I have and I'll e-mail it to you.

I'm in New Jersey this week for work and will be back in Sydney from Jan 16 so I won't be able to scan it until then.
