Anyone communicate with Precision Camera Works recently?

Has anyone made any communication with Precision Camera Works?

My Mamiya 7ii is at the shop, he had said he would probably have it ready by last Monday. I haven't been able to reach anyone on the phone since around last Tuesday and have sent two emails without response.

I'm leaving next Monday for Mexico and desperately wish to get my Mamiya back.

Anyone know how to get a hold of Bob? I hope all is well with them.

I'd keep calling and emailing. I've only sent gear there twice and had communication issues both times (same gear).

I have an enlarger lens there as well for cleaning. I haven't heard anything from Bob since I sent it weeks ago. I assumed he's away for a bit. I think he does that from time to time.

They answered when i called them just now.

I got a hold of him this afternoon. He's going to make sure to get it to me by Friday! Sounded like he may have a cold or something. I'm sure he'll have my camera working like new.

Somewhat concerning that the fate of a significant number of people rests essentially with one person, but that's the world we live in now with film.
