I sent a handful of prints to them over a year ago for some sort of contest. Return postage and mailing materials were all according to instructions. Now I'd like them back, but I can't get a response out of anybody there. A name, an email or phone number would be great. Thanks up front.

Thanks a bunch. I'm sure it's a matter of maybe they just got set off to the side, maybe the postage wasn't right.

I've always wondered about that... I don't have any unused British stamps lying around, so how can I possibly provide them with a return envelope with proper postage? (Should have bought some UK stamps when I was there...)

Your postal service can sell you International Postage coupons to include with you package.

Kraker,

You could have used an International Reply Coupon (IRC) which could have been used by the receiver of your letter to change it at his post office into stamps worth of a standard size priority letter. Of course you could have sent several of these. However not many people like the hassle involved in that.
The Dutch service TNT Post does not offer these coupons (any longer?).
In Germany you still can get it (meanwhile it costs 2€).

Ah, I assumed that something like that would exist.

Boohoo, that's not very customer-friendly... That's probably why I didn't know about these coupons.

P.S.: Sorry, Rich, for 'stealing' this thread. I'm pretty certain that Simon can help you out, good luck.

Dear Rich,

PM me, tell me what you sent and when ( which competition ? ) and a description of the images and I will sort it out.
