Any Rodinal Special/Studional users here?

Hello everybody,
I've just bought a bottle of Rodinal Special (Studional) in order to have a liquid developer, ready to use, with a long shelf life, suitable both for Tri-x and FP4+, mainly in 120 format.
Have you experienced this developer with Tri-x and FP4? Any suggestion for diluition/developing time? The Datasheet reports only very short times (3.5 - 4min) with high concentrated diluition (1+15).
I would start with Tri-x exposed at 250, diluition 1+30, 6 min
Any suggestion for FP4?

I use this developer for acros (IE 50) and tri-x (IE 320) at 1:30 for 8 minutes with 2 inversions every minute. I never use the 1:15 times as they are too short.

Welcome to APUG. I've used it, but only with Agfa Scala, developing the Scala as a negative film, actually on the advice of an Italian photographer. It worked very well by the way.

I will try your combination (tri-x@320 1+30 for 8 min); have you used in a flat light/cloudy or in a high contrast/sunny conditions?

Agfa Scala... it always intrigued me, but never tried. It's a pity that Agfa went bankrupt; wonderful products but poor marketing.

That would be for a normal lighting range but I would alter it if light was overly flat or contrasty.
