I see that Adorama is now carrying these two films. Prices are low and I thought they might be worth a try, but I'd like to hear from those who may have used either or both of these recently. From what I can determine, they are made in Japan, which means Fuji production, but that's about all I can find except for a few sample photos scattered around the net. Any insight is appreciated.

I've used a few rolls of the 200 (it sells for as little as £1/roll in the UK), never seen the 400.
The 200 is almost certainly FujiC200, it's exactly what you expect - very cheap consumer grade film, nothing amazing but quite good enough. Never seen a "quality problem".
I've seen plenty of scanned shots online that look extremely good, how it wet prints may be different.

I've used both the 200 and 400 Vista Plus films which are marked as made in Japan. So it's 100% likely that they are made by Fuji. I agree with pdeeh above that the 200 is a consumer grade film. In my opinion the 400 is too. They are fine for general use. The 200 can be got very cheaply in the UK, the 400 can cost over twice as much but is still cheap.

This is about Agfaphoto Vista films.

It was not meant as link, it is just a plain underline.

I think AgX is trying to make the point that these are not Agfa films but "AgfaPhoto" films

Yes, AgfaPhoto in contrast to Agfa. Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, these are Fuji-films.
