Without being very ghetto about it, that is.
I have a couple of trips and I love the original slip on lens cap but they tend to be loose. Any good ideas on how to tighten them elegantly? (i.e. not putting tape on them or goobing on some adhesive)

Three or four small dots of black liquid wire insulation.

I do not see what would be wrong with attaching something on the inner side of the cap.
Well...that's cool. I was wondering if it was possible to do something like warm it up and bend the rim to close up a bit.
I will use goop as a last resort but i was hoping for something more elegant.
For that matter, a couple small pieces of gaff tape would work as a last resort.

This worked for me.

I have taken a very hot nail (3d or 4d) and used that to melt indentations. I wouldn't do it with an original lens cap, but works fine with a "donor".
