I am “relearning” everything I am doing in the darkroom, trying new papers, new toners, and new developers. I want to try some Formulary Gold 231 toner for some of those wonderful gold toned blue hues. But want some recommendations from those who have used it in the past. What papers/developers does it like? Or just as important what papers/ developers does it hate? I am guessing that it tones better on a cold to neutral paper/developer combo but am unsure.
