Not a brand I'm familiar with; apparently out of Italy. There are a couple for sale somewhat near me. But not so close that it's convenient just to go look.
These are 9ft stands (so I'm told) so if quality is OK, should be good for my 4lb monolights at 5-6 ft (height).
