Just bought an Exakta VX1000 with a very nice Auto-Quinaron 35mm. It's a macro BEAST and consequently has great blur, but it's just a little wide for my portrait work. Looking here and on *bay for a lens (preferably with auto diaphragm) anywhere in the 40-58mm window. Meyer Primoplan is the dream but I don't think I can pay as much as it's worth right now. My price range is up to say, 80 bucks US.
Cosmetic shape is unimportant and I would accept a lens that needs relubrication, as long as it can still be focused and the aperture functions.
