As you're in the UK try Nova, that's where I got mine from. Probably better to call them (01926 403090) than try and find it on their web site !

I tried Nova and they no longer stock LPL enlargers or accessories. However they suggested calling First Call on 01823-413007 who are the UK importers of LPL equipment. First Call were very helpful and should be getting back to me shortly with a price for the glass.
