FUJIFILM Business Innovation Co., Ltd. and FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Co., Ltd. announced they will revise the prices of some products and services from 1 November 2022.

If that link is the source, then the price hike referenced has nothing to do with photography.
Fuji's business is very diverse, and only a small portion of that has anything to do with film, and almost all of the film related portion consists of their Instax business.
