Hello from Austria! I love the Alps and they demand to be photographed - hence my shooting in the MF and the LF (4x5) format. Not that it would be so important (everyone should know that you can take great pictures with no so great cameras) I use the Arca Swiss and the Contax 645 among other cameras. Have been around for some while and now got the itching to join.

Many thanks to all of you! It seems that mountains have some followers here... You see, Ole, I'm going down with the format instead of up (from my 4x5) - just because I can get more while hiking less heavy, a kind of a trade off with the advantage of having access for more pics. I started to use a rollfilm back 6x9 on my Arca Swiss. By the way I know the Norwegian mountains too - Dovrefjell from the stony side (less touristy) and elsewhere too. The other of my photo favorites is forests - of all kinds. Cheers!
