Another old film - Panchromatic?

So I got 5 rolls of old film to develop, all 127 format. 4 of them were Verichrome Pan in the red paper. These developed fine: 7 1/2 minutes in HC110 B with some benzotriazole. The other appeared to be older. It only said Panchromatic on the paper, in big script type letters. Nothing came out on this one, but there was one dark square among the fog, so I guess the development was at least in the ballpark.

The question is, does anybody know anything about this film? It's a Kodak film, but I could find no information on the net. Any ideas?

AFAIK Kodak labels everything even their paper was stamped Kodak on the back. So I suspect that it is not Kodak. Then too I don't remember Kodak using script lettering. Can you read anything on the film rebate?

Right. I looked again at what would have been the outside of a new roll. It said Panchromatic - Made in Belgium. Could this be an Agfa Gevaert product?

Agfa sold film to other marketers like Sears who put their label on the box but not the roll. I used to buy the Sears film because it was quite a bit cheaper. IIRC remember correctly the film paper was a sort of light greyish green.
