I had ordered a Soligor Spot Sensor II from KEH a while back due to my dropping my previous spot meter, and chose the el-cheapo shipping without tracking since I didn't mind a wait to save some money. After a month without a package I shot them an email, and it turned out that the package was returned to them. I'm guessing that one of my former housemates never gave me the delivery notice and when I didn't show up at the post office to claim the package they just sent it back to KEH. To their credit, after informing me of what happened KEH immediately shipped the package to my new address and did not charge me a second time for shipping, even though the failure of the first delivery was not their fault. It showed up today, safe and sound and ready for a good workout! Thanks alot guys, you've earned yourselves another repeat customer!
