I should probably know this, but I usually buy my film only a few rolls at a time -- so:
How many rolls are in a "block" of 120 film?

I'm guessing maybe 10 rolls? A quick online search shows Kodak film being sold in "ProPacks" of five rolls, but I did not see anyone selling "blocks" of film.

20 rolls. Usually called a 'brick.'

Just corrected this - that's what I get for relying on memory. 35mm came in 10 roll bricks.

I don't think 120 has been available in bulk for quite a few years. Neither has 35mm, for that matter.

Back in the day---Ilford usually sold their film in 10 roll packs while Kodak sold theirs in 20 roll packs. The term "brick" just means whatever quanity size pack the film came in. Kodak did/still do market their pro films in 5 roll cartons.

When I get Delta 120 film from B&H, it comes in a ten-roll pack sealed in plastic.

I believe the answer is 10 rolls. Ilford Delta 100 Professional Black and White Negative Film (120 Roll Film) is priced at $8.95 per roll at BHPhoto. So, 8.95 * 5 = $44.75, which seems too low. Ten rolls would be around $90, which seems reasonable. Twenty rolls would be an incredible bargain!
