This is purportedly a camera, but I can't seem to find any information on it. Anyone know what it is?

Looks like a process camera -- i.e. intended to turn a paste-up or photographic original into a printing plate (via a negative that will be contact printed under a UV plate burner).

If you're bidding on the ebay auction, make them a cheap offer and get the lens. Looks to be 150mm if I'm reading it right. It should have decent coverage. You might also be able to used the timer as an enlarger timer.
