Neat. I recently acquired a few cameras from an estate. They came with a short bunch of slides.. the owner traveled extensively in the 1950s and both slides and stereoscopes are wonderful.

Attic is probably the worst place to store photos due to temperature extremes, but they seem to have survived a relatively short 30 years.

Actually I do not see an issue in temperetur extremes as such. In an attic they even evolve slowly.
