Hi All,
I usually hang out over at LFPF as that's my chosen means to make images, but I have this cool medium format kit that isn't really garnering any attention over there so I decided to post it here. I go by the same name over there if you wanna check up on me. Anyways, here's the kit.

This Graflex XL kit is awesome! I bought this locally not knowing completely what it was, but knowing it was something really good. Sure enough, a medium format, super wide to normal lens, multi-format, retro and rare, American made, fully portable, and just cool camera kit. What's included:

1) Graflex XLSW body: Great condition both functionally and physically. SW stands for super wide, for use with the 47mm lens. I've added a simple rubber "clasp" to hold a shutter release. It's attached to an accessory hole in the body and is easily removable, but really adds some benefit with some of the backs attached.

2) Graflex XL body: not the greatest of shape, but functional. One focusing lug is broken but the other two are in good shape and focus the lens as they should (just a little care should be used). The focus ring has a crack, but like the focus lugs, shouldn't affect performance. Two screw holes on either side of the body (where some accessory has been previously removed) need screws to become light tight. IMO not too difficult a task to use the body.

3) Schneider- Kreuznach Super Angulon 47mm f5.6 in synchro-compur #00 : In great shape. Just got back from S.K. Grimes for a CLA. Covers 3.25 x 4.25 with some vignette, but looks kinda cool with the SW angle of view.

4) Rodenstock Grandagon 58mm f5.6 in Synchro-Compur #00 Lens is in great shape with no separation that I can see (a common problem with these older lenses). Shutter is fairly accurate, but i haven't tested it, only shot some fuji instant with it and it looked good.

5) Carl Zeiss Planar 80mm f2.8 in Synchro-Compur #1 Lens elements in good shape with very slight cleaning marks. Shutter needs CLA as it fires constantly at one speed and is "squeaky".

6) Carl Zeiss Tessar 100mm f3.5 in Synchro-Compur #0 Lens and shutter in great shape all around.

7) Graflex Polaroid back Works well, and takes fuji instant film FC100-b and FC100-c.

8)Brooks XL Back This is one of the gems with this kit! Offers 6x9 format. The Brooks company bought the original Veriwide and started using the same mounting system as Graflex. Takes 120 and 220 roll film and offers a nice grip to handle the camera.

9)Graflex 2x3 Graflok back with GG and focusing hood GG in good shape and focus hood is very convenient to use.

10)RH-10 6x7 120 Roll Film Back Great shape, and is a later model with the lever wind which are known to hold the film WAY flatter than the original knob winders.

11)RH-20 6x7 220 Roll Film Back Great shape, and is a later model with the lever wind which are known to hold the film WAY flatter than the original knob winders.

12)4x5 Graflok Back with XL mounting system The other gem of the kit, but a bit more interesting. Through all my web research I've never seen one like this. Apparently these backs were made in a very low quantity and are pretty rare. It's cast aluminum and is roughly 50mm from GG to mount face. GG is new and focus hood is flawless. Even though none of these lens' totally cover (58mm might have the best chance stopped down), the back could be used with one of the bare
focus tubes to POSSIBLY create a 4x5 point and shoot. I've tried different combination of these lens' and can't seem to get them to focus at inf. This makes the back even more intriguing. It'd be interesting to know the history of this part.

13)Graflex XL 1" Spacer This piece can be used with XLSW body and allows the use of any of the other XL lenses in the system.

14)Graflex XL .25" Spacer I'm not sure the exact function of the spacer of this size, but it just changes the flange to film distance.

15)Koni-Omega 58mm optical View finder Great condition and works well with the 6x7 back as it has frames in finder. Not too hard to use with 6x9 with a little imagination outside the factory frame lines.

16)100 mm View finder Is cracked at the frame but still works great.

17)Graflex Sport Finder Frame with masks Can be used with the 47mm with no mask. Folds down and packs in a case and sleeve when not in use.

18)Graflex grip The grip has been modified and is missing the part to mount it to the side of the body, but uses a simple bracket to attach to tripod mount.

19)67mm Skylight filter and 40.5mm Skylight filter Good shape.

20)Bare focus tubes Good condition

So after all that I'm asking: $1300

As some of this stuff is rare, I think it's fair. If anybody has any info or questions about this kit please feel free to ask/comment! Thanks

Are you selling everything as a package only? I'm only interested in the Graflex XLSW body/47mm combo.

I'm trying to keep it together, as there are so many pcs. that it might be a hassle to split it up.

How about $1200 net to me

Get out... just get out. That's the craziest setup I've ever seen, I'd kill for it!
