Maybe I should say, "...to work better." In any case, I'll be sending out the prints tomorrow.

Yay, I got a lovely cyanotype from Randy today. Thanks Randy!

Thanks! I'm still making improvements in the results, and have some more to go, but I'm glad you liked it - and that it arrived in good shape. I've never used that mailer before, but it seemed like it would be sturdy enough to make the journey.

My bromoils are all packaged up and ready to send. I'll get them in the mail tomorrow. Sorry for being late.

I just got my cyanotype from Nige, too. Very nice, thank you!

I got my pt/pd print from Diane today. Taken with the Canham 5x12. Very beautiful print. It must be nice to work with a negative that Huge. I would say yes, you did get it to work, and very well indeed. Thank you for a very beautiful print.

oooh, i can't wait to someday take part in this.. it looks like loads of fun, i bet there are a lot of fantastic prints going around.

This round is the first time for me and it is well worth joining. I have only just started down the Alt Process road with Cyanotypes and I hoped to learn a lot from this exchange an have not been disappointed so far. My submission was a tea toned 5x4 cyanotype.

So far I have received a wonderful PT/PD print from Gerhard Bock which has stirred my interest in the Alt-Silver processes, plus set my standards for presentation.
Thanks again Gerhard!

And yes its fun

Very cool, thanks for the encouragement. I'll get in on next round if I have something by then.! i have a 4x5 and have been researching some of the older processes.. Recently found a place in Quebec that will ship small amounts of photo chem for reasonably cheap.

Keriks Course!

Hi folks,

Just to let my group know that I have completed Keriks course and hope to have images in the post on Saturday befor the trip up North or definately the week after as has already been agreed.

Kerik provided a stunning workshop, showed amazing images and was extremely generous with his expertise, a very motivating and enlightening experience! A great time had by all - highly recommended!

All the best, Carl

Carl gave me my print while on Kerik's workshop, thanks Carl, and waiting for me when I got home was an albumen print from David Goldfarb, thanks David!

J

Prints done for both groups...

asked groups permission to be late so I could complete Keriks workshop first - just back from a trip to Melfort and Isle of Mull and Iona! Already had some great prints from Christian, John and David! Prints in the post on Monday as long as I have everyones address - requested by pm

Carl, and anyone else planning to send me a print--

If it's not too much trouble, hang onto it until, maybe Aug 20 or so, otherwise it will get forwarded to us in Hawai'i, and we'll have to transport it back to New York. Thanks!

Thanks, Carl. Glad you liked it!

Well, not to be left out, my friendly postman brought me a wonderful Palladium print from Todd Stewart (toddstew) this morning. Lovely work Todd.
Thanks
Phill
