> I think I would be disappointed receiving a computer generated reproduction in exchange for my hard crafted unique print. Even if it is of exquisite quality.
I would be disappointed too.
I would be disappointed too.
That said, I might also be interested in participating in an "ink on paper" print exchange. Being a relatively new active participant here, I am unsure how one would go about organizing this.
Actually, I do believe an inkjet exchange would work, as this is not the first time the topic comes up in the forum.
Organising it is easy: As the exchanges are all "user organised functions", you just do it. If you like, you can have a look what piu58 and I (mainly copying from piu58) have done and modify the way you like. Generally, it is a good idea to have something like a FAQ for your exchange and then a separate thread for each round of the exchange. If you have any questions, you can contact me anytime.
@fgorga Thank you very much for redoing the prints and sending them again, that is very generous!
I think we can call the 5th round of this exchange a success, all prints sent and optimistic to arrive!
We could start with a regional swap between Nh and Maine.
