I just shot a roll of HP5 and developed it using 6ml of HC-110 and 300 ml water. The negatives look great, just a bit dense. Next time I'll cut the time back to 10 minutes instead of 11 or add about 60ml more water. They're in the bathroom drying and I want to keep going in there to check them.

Confirmed process film and before you hang it up
run hot shower for five
Hang film
Close bathroom door for 12 hours

I don't get much curl with Tmax or Tx.

Two minutes is enough.
