All formats: You are going out the door, you grab a camera. Which ones are most likely left home?

Bucking the flow but on the spur of the moment I would take a compact RF, perhaps a light 120 TLR. I don't even own a LF can't afford the film.

Going out the door - why would I do such a thing?:

If to photograph, then the 4x5 comes with me, and the one or two lenses, and one sheet of film, needed to make the image.

If to do something other than photograph, the smart phone is always in my pocket. I am learning to realize more creative images with it, including p*stpr*cess**g techniques. If I have a fresh roll of C-41 laying around, the Canon AE-1P comes along.
