If all this bankrupts British Airways and a few others they will have succeeded in bringing down more planes than they ever hoped.
And my property will be next to worthless.
Many airlines have been suffering financially, and we see some airplanes go down every once in a while due to their buget-cuts and poor maintenance services. On top of that, you add the loss of many innocent lives and their valuables incluiding Hassies and Leicas...
We just need to minimize the cost of your valuables, find a good insurance coverage, and a good trusty airline company. Some bargained tickets using certain airlines for example won't get you enough funds even if your valuables get damaged and/or stolen.
It's time for us to start investing more on the used and cheap manual cameras and lenses. And use small note pads address books that can be clippled to your travel documents to save your contact information instead of laptop computers and other electronic devices.
No toothpaste? Well, use salt to brush your teeths and have mints later.
