I d like to inform me about the agitation in a small tank for the develop. RODINAL/D76/T MAX using HIE KODAK film. RODINAL for example, continuously for the first minute and then titl every 30 sec??? is this right ???

Sounds about right, it's about being consistent so that you achieve the same results each time. I use inversion agitation for 35mm, 120 & 5x4 negs and gentle continuous inversions for the first 30 seconds then 2 inversions every minute. My dev times are around 10-15 mins if shorter 5-9 mins then I'd agitatee every 30 seconds.
