Hello guys, a friend of mine gave me an Agfatronic 302 CSI flash, I like its appearence but i practically know nothing about it and how it is. It also lacks of its cable. Can someone tell me what cable i have to buy to make it usable and eventually if it's a good flash?

Thanks in advance guys.

It is a female PC connector.

What you need is a twin male PC cable. The most common PC cable there is...

The only thing special at the connector at the flash is that it has not got a tube for the ground connection, but a spring, like the jack connectors.

The flash has a extraordinary design.
It has medium capacity, 3 automatic apertures and a motordrive setting.
It got a right-lighting confirmation indicator.
The reflector is very versatile and even got a built-in diffuser for a 28mm lens (the latter is quite extraordinary).

So I go with a twin male PC cable and It Will do?

If your camera has a PC connector.
Otherwise you'd need a hot-shoe/PC-cable or a hot-foot with PC connector (what actually was part of the flash)

Anyway, if necessary these thingies are easy to obtain.

Could you please send me a link to buy a good cable for a good price? I honestly can't find what i'm looking for.

Should be available at a camera store. Or cheaper at the fleamarket. I don't buy via links.

You seem obsessed by the word "good".

This is the standard version of a PC-cable. Available in different lenghts, also as spiral cable:

PC is the abbreviation of the names of the first shutters that that were synchronized for flash and got propriatory connectors for a synchro-cable. Connectors that became industry standard.
