Yes, the former. Harman offers the Fuji film under the AgfaPhoto brand since last September. Seemingly they took over the deal from Lupus.

To my information the Fuji supply has ended meanwhile and Harman has no more stocks.

Do they also offer the BW AgfaPhoto films? AFAIK the BW ones were always made by Harman.
