Two years ago I bought a roll of AGFAPAN 100, with a label saying "Profoto" and "ISO 100/21".

What happened to it? It was the most wonderful film ever...

APX 100 is currently available from us in two different versions:

Version 1: AgfaPhoto APX 100
Version 2: Rollei Retro 100

Next to this we also caried it in a self spooled version since 1995. This was the PROFILM Agfapan 100.
After Agfas liquidation both manufactureres of the two above versions could lower their prices (due to the liquidational price favour they had gotten for the raw film).
The price advantage of our self spooled films vanished and thus we did not go on with this third version and switched over to selling the two other versions.

We still intend to remanufacture this film once the competition from the liquidational stock ceases. At this point competing against these flms is impossible as we would have to be well above one EUR more expensive per roll and the film - despite it´s age- is still excellent.

Kind regards,

Mirko

Thanks Mirko.

What I find incredible, is that the German pharmacy chain DM carries apx 100, and people buy it.

So, I have very high hopes for the moment when apx 400 comes back.
