Isn't Agfa-Gavaert a Belgian corporation?

If bankruptcy proceedings are initiated in Belgium, that is paricularly dire news as bankruptcy regs are particularly propitious for creditors in that country.

It used to be almost a given, for example, that Formula 1 teams going bankrupt (a common occurrence from the late 80's to the mid 90's) would have their assets siezed as soon as they showed up to Spa-Francorchamps...as disposition of assets could take place at an accelerated pace.

It appears Agfa-Gavaert is a creditor...
