I believe I've seen references to it being possible to substitute metol for the phenidone, but you need ten times as much metol. D72 actually uses metol, FWIW.

Note that I've not (yet) tried any of these, so I'm not endorsing them or saying they're better than DS-14 or DS-15. I'm just tossing them out as alternatives.
Not all ingredients are listed. Different jurisdictions have different requirements for components that are present in small quantities. There would be some phenidone (or dimezone-S etc), and maybe some EDTA etc.
Neutol Plus puzzles me. I've found it tough to make an ascorbic acid or ascorbate paper developer that gives a full d-max on MGIV without adding lye. Carbonate just doesn't seem to do it.
