I've just acquired the densitometer model mentioned in the title.
I threw an absurdly "lowball" bid in for a lot on eBay that included two Agfa Repromaster lenses (which are what I was after), won it, and this was included in the lot. It's the size of a house brick and about as heavy
Without much expectation of it being in functioning order, I was surprised to find if I plug it in to the mains all the things that I think should light up, um, light up. As far as I can ascertain, it's good for both reflection and transmission measurement (I think the latter requires a light table - will any old one do?) and I presume it must have been part of a Repromaster copy camera suite.
It gives me a great opportunity to get distracted from actually taking photographs by more stuff I will only ever half understand ...
Googling for a manual doesn't throw up much that's helpful (links in threads here and elsewhere are quite old and mostly broken), so I thought it might be worth asking again if anyone has any further details on the beast.
