AGFA B2 Speedex shutter repair

I have a Agfa B2 Speedex (not Junior) that has the shutter stuck open. How hard is it to disassemble the lens and clean/repair the shutter? And how would I go about it? I don't want to just steam ahead without having a good idea on how to put it back together first.
