For Sale: Agfa Ansco 5 x 7 Sliding Back for 5 x 7 Agfa View Camera
This sliding back allows the photographer to take two 3 1/8 x 5 -inch vertical shots on one
sheet of 5 x 7 film. Wood partition insert is included. With partition removed, it works
as a regular 5 x 7 back. The whole back is very well made, the sliding carriage works smoothly
and the pins click into place. The French Polished finish and metal hardware are in excellent condition.
Ground glass still looks good.
The top and bottom edges are missing two metal tabs. I used matt board to fill in the spaces,
wood or metal could be used to repair those small areas. Does not affect the function at all.
