What would be the best alternative for Adox HR-50 when the HR-50 and HR-DEV developers are not available?

Adox names FX39-II as a good alternative. They replied to my e-mail about the difference between this and HR-DEV:
The differences in sharpness, grain and effective film speed between HR-DEV and FX-39 II with HR-50 are not so big: Sharpness is about the same, fineness of grain is quite similar. With HR-DEV you get about 1/3 stop more real film speed = better shadow detail compared to FX-39 II.

Just bought a couple of rolls and planning to develop them in FX39-II when I get to shooting them.
