Hello All:
I just recently started scanning some of my Adox CMS 20 II shots (35mm) and I see very fine horizontal scratches running across relatively monotone sky such as from a clear blue summer sky. They are very clear when viewed at 100% in PS and even fairly visible at 50% zoom. I never noticed these scratches when printing 8x12 prints in the darkroom.
My guess is that the light-trap velvet itself or a bit of dust/dirt in the light-trap is what's causing these scratches. Has anybody else seen this? Is this some known issue with this film? Is there any way to prevent it?
As always, thank you for any help provided.
Best regards,
AlanH
