Sorry, missed the "plus". The Ultrafin plus is supposed to be great for t-grain films, but rates low for conventional grain films. I checked a few sites, couldn't find what you need, but I did find quite a few films listed , such as APX and Plus-X. Maybe you can start with the regular Ultrafin times, and do a snip test to find a good time.
After searching the MDC further, looks like the common dilutions of 1+4 and 1+6, with the latter dilution recieving 50% more time for development. I did see a 1+9 dilution, but for a not to common film. I would try 1+6 for 10 mins@ 20c using standard agitation for a starting point. Just to be safe, I would use a clip test just to be sure.
