Adox CHS 100 and APH 09 - times?

Anybody has tried this combination? The time for CHS100? Recommended agitation?

I had overlooked it. Any recommendation for agitation with Rodinal?

I usually develop for 16 mins @ 1+50(300ml water + 6m Rodinal).

Three inversions at the beginning and three at every fifth minute, stop, fix and rinse with water.

I would rather rate the film slightly lower than box speed.
