I did some Polaorid emulsion lifts recently onto watercolor paper recently. With a few of them, the emulsion is lifting off of the paper at one corner. Can someone recommend an adhesive that I can use to re-adhere and "stabilize" it -- or maybe there's an overall treatment that I can apply to the entire piece. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.

I have used watered-down gesso to bond FP100C emulsion lifts onto rag paper. I've found heavier weight papers like Somerset or Stonehenge work well, as they resist the emulsion's inherent curling. If you give it a try, I suggest using a makeup brush. It lessens the chance of scratching the emulsion and makes it easy to apply even pressure to the emulsion.
