Yes. Not everyone would want to mix from scratch.

I've tested FX-21, and it's a good developer, but doesn't replace Pyrocat-HD(C) and EMA/semi-stand. Pyrocat-HDC is easy to mix up, requiring only 4 ingredients (one being Glycol), whereas FX-21 requires eleven! ELEVEN!
I'll have to give this 23RX a go!

Of course, and I would like to try some of this product against my home-made stuff to see how close they are.

I'm curious to see if there is any difference between FX21 and 23RX as for shelf life and negative wise. Not enough to go out and buy some or mix some, but just curious. One thing about mixing up a developer like FX21 compared to what I'm used to making is that the more ingredients there are the much better chance I have to F-up the whole dang developer.

You would probably end up with the same results as FX21.

You are most likely correct, since it is based on FX-21. I'm not going to bother. Besides, unobtainable in Canada and I'm not dropping a chunk of change to bring it over from Europe...
