anyone have a good dev time to start with for this combo for tray development (Acros 4x5 in Rodinal) Film was rated at 100.

Try semistand 1:150 for 90 minutes, some of my best negatives have been developed using that combination with Acros.

I just did a search of APUG on Acros and Rodinal that returned a five page list of threads. I'm sure there are a number of good suggestions in those results, at least one of which would suit your preferences for dilution and other parameters.

In a jobo with a 5 minute pre rinse and a water stop bath.

As far as shooting it at 100 I have no idea as when using a densitometer rated at 100 it is way off.

Not in a tray, but with reduced agitation, so may be a useful starting point:
EI100, 1+100 for 18 minutes​
