Multiply the stock time by 1.4 as a starting
point for 1+1.

so what time you talking about then....at 20 degrees, 21 degrees, 22 degrees, 23 degrees....is there a chart anywhere we can refer to....I wanna use this film/developer combo too

THANKS!

Hey Barry,

Gotta ask, why do you want to dilute?

Dilution is generally done to; 1 - get a little sharper results, 2 - protect the highlights a bit more (compensate), 3 - improve economy, 4 - to get different results from different rolls.

If you want 1, 2, &3, all the time I'd sugest replenishment rather than dilution.

I develop Acros in XTOL this way:

condensor enlarger:
XTOL 1+1, 20.0°C, 9.5min, resulting CI: ca. 0.55

color enlarger (diffuse light):
XTOL 1+1, 20.0°C, 13min, resulting CI: ca. 0.65 or
XTOL 1+3, 20.0°C, 16.5min, resulting CI: ca. 0.65

Agitation is always continuous for the first 30s and then 2 inversions every full minute.
