Acro 100 processing

If I use the same method as I always have with Delta 100 (ie, what Ilford advises on the box), will I be safe? I came across this source: http://www.digitaltruth.com/devchart.php?Developer=&Film=Neopan+100+Acros&mdc=Search

However, for my preferred 1+9 concentration, it mentions ISO 80, and I'm not sure what that means for an ISO 100 film.

I normally expose Acros 100at 100ASA and Develop in Rodinal 50 + 1 for 9 min's

I am not sure what developer you are using :- if it is Ilfosol 3 and Exposing at 80ASA then the time would be 5min's

Are you referring to Fuji Neopan Acros?
What developer are you referring to?
Have you checked out whether Ilford's website has a recommendation?
Have you checked out whether Fuji has a recommendation?
Do you realize that the data on the digital truth site (Massive Developing Chart) isn't necessarily checked by anyone?
In essence, it is a collection of different individuals' experiments, with a few manufacturer's recommendations sprinkled in.
And it misuses ISO.
Now that I've got my grumpy rant out of the way, when you are dealing with something unusual and exotic, it can be helpful to look at information about what others have tried. For those unusual combinations, the Massive Development Chart is at least interesting.
And with respect to reporting what film speed was used by the experimenter when metering, the proper nomenclature is EI (for exposure index) rather than ISO, unless that experimenter performed their test under the strict conditions defined in the ISO standard. If someone refers to the EI they used when metering, you will have at least a sense whether they made exposure decisions that favour shadow exposure (low EI) or highlight exposure (high EI, often accompanied by a contrast increasing "push" development).

FYI as a long standing contributor to Digital Truth, I personally did not submit my developing data to
them until I finished my 4th fresh ProPack a total of 20 rolls, you can rant all you want, but I made sure
my results were consistent and accurate before posting them. And if given an odd roll of film to develop,
would you rather a) guess time dilution and temperature OR look at 3 or 4 recipes to put you in the ballpark..
Caffenol? Stand Development for 70 minutes, nice to have a baseline or watermark to start from.

For ACROS I have had good results with D76 replenished, Rodinal 50/1 and ADOX FX39, For Sheet ACROS,
have gotten fantastic and consistent results with Clayton liquid developer, ASA 64 cause I like an extra stop in the bank.

Some Like Country, Some like western, I love the smell of developer in the morning, along with my Timmy's coffee which
I recommend 2+2 for 10 minutes Eh! I never misuse ISO, only Canadian Club and Kokanee!!

If I could be confident that everyone used the same care as you appear to do before submitting your data, I would be less cautious about Digital Truth. And I think I stated that for your "odd roll" (which I referred to as unusual and exotic) I do see its value.
Now if they would only use EI instead of ISO!

Better use ISO 100 and stick to Fuji's recommendations. The datasheet is on the web.
and it says:
7.25 minutes for D76 straight (6.75 for ID11 straight)
10.5 minutes for D76 1:1
8 minutes for Xtol

all times 20°C

My favorite for Acros 100 is to expose at EI80 and develop in Pyrocat-HD 1:1:100 using a minimal agitation technique. Total time is 15 mins @70F with continuous agitation for the first minute, followed by 2 inversions at the 3/4, 1/2, and 1/4 time marks. No pre-soak.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I use Ilfosol 3. I exposed at ASA 100. So I gather that nothing crazy will happen if I just pretend that the film is Delta 100 and go from there?
