This is an Accura 12mm F8 true fisheye lens made in the late 60's or perhaps the early 1970's. The condition is good.
The lens mount is M42 as shown, but it can be changed since the lens is fundamentally a T-Mount lens meaning it will work on almost any camera ever made that uses interchangble lenses with the appropriate adapter. This lens is loads of fun to use, and delivers better results than expected, especially at f/16. In my opinion, this lens is also very well made, especialy for an afermarket lens (Made in Japan).
