I bought 100ft17" wide Canson paper from B&H for $80 and cut that to size for my Epson 3880.works with the Epson profiles but is very glossy.

Thanks guys, I ended up buying canon matt photo paper, its in cheap looking packaging, and looks more like some thing you would use for arts and crafts, but its matt photo paper, and was at a cheapish 20 euro for 40 sheets, I'm going to use that for printing off my portfolio, and buy some sample packs of textured paper for more creative stuff.

iv started printing on the above paper, and its, well ''cheap'' and not very good, it goes all out of shape when you print on it, and it got very little contrast, I'm using it for B/W, which its ok for, but bottom line, you get what you pay for as usual, its not really photo paper at all, id imagine card would be quite similar. so ''canon matt photo paper'' is no use for colour, and ok for B/W.
