A treasure from deep down in the freezer

Today I was surprised to find a roll of Fomapan T800 in my freezer. Expired 02/2000.
As far as I know the production of this film stopped in 2001.

Any recommendations for shooting/developing?

May be you could ask Foma - I bet they still have the data concerning the development of that film.

To develop the film I have one suggestion, Rollei RHS at 1/19 for 12 minutes, agitate forfirst 30 seconds the 2 inversions every 30 seconds,

I'll wait for a "dark" opportunity to shoot this roll.

Should I calculate with a decrease in sensitivity due to the quite old emulsion?

Hmm, in my experience, films degrade faster, the faster their speed is. I'd rate this one, even being frozen and all, at 250 max.
I also still have a roll or Agfacolor XRS 1000 and I have no idea how to use it. Maybe set at
320?
