If he runs out of film well before it expires on the shelf, he is doing a poor job of running his business, end of story. Patronize somebody who cares.

Freestyle doesn't ship overseas (unless you are in the military) and I'm not going to bug my family to go into downtown and get something for me.
Freestyle most definitely do ship outside the USA. I'm in Sydney & have ordered from them multiple times. They are very easy to deal with.

Last time I was at (physically at) Freestyle I was told that they didn't ship overseas. They had told my mom the same thing when she wanted to get me a gift certificate there.

This was about 2 years ago.

Or, maybe it's just Taiwan?

Even if they won't ship to Taiwan (they certainly ship to Canada, although we're not overseas technically  ), perhaps you could have them ship to your mom (which would cost very little) and have your mom remail the package at a nearby post office. These days you can even weigh and measure packages, feed the information into the USPS website and print the postage from home.
