I've only seen the real deal twice in my life - Once when I was about 8 years old when my father took us on a day trip to see it, the second time when my son was about 8 years old I did the same with him. lol.

I don't like cold.

On a sunny, windless day you can feel quite warm walking around in this in a parka and fleece lined pants. It's the wind that gets you.

I'm tempted to post the jars of kimchi in the kitchen. Although I should really eat them, not post them. There's also a jar of sauerkraut I made from Brussels sprouts, but I'm not sure if that's going to be a success.

My morning coffee is on the weak side

I can't comment on the sauerkraut without tasting.
Easy fix to weak coffee, add a teaspoon of instant !

My current batch of homemade sauerkraut, beside a cabbage head I'm considering for the next batch.
The top is off the glass fermentation container I'm using in anticipation of my daily stir of the batch, and to display the result better.
Another week I think, before this batch may be transferred to smaller jars, and put into the fridge.

I must admit to an indifference to sauerkraut, an acquired taste I believe.
