Both in excellent working and very good overall condition. Both could use new light seals, like most other XA series cameras that you will find. One good, working A11 flash.

$25 each + $5.00 shipping with the flash, or $15 + $5 without the flash. I also have one unused Interslice seal kit for the XA series that I will include (first come, first served) for an additional $5.00
