A little rediculous

I have heard many here say how wonderful Kodak HIE was and how they lament its demise. And I can understand wanting to pay a premium for a great film. I personally have never used it. I have seen prints of this stuff. Pretty cool.
But some how I don't see 50 bucks a roll a good deal. Found this on evilbay.

I dunno, if someone wants it, uses it, can't find it in quantities they need elsewhere and the seller delivers the product as specified it might be a very good deal. Is it more than the OP is willing to pay for something he never used? Sure. Someone else may be thankful for its availabilty. Or grit their teeth and pay it knowing it the cost of doing HIE these days. When it is gone, it will be unavailable at any price.

$1.61 per shot, puts it the league with large format in terms of cost. Now that's not so bad.
