Yeah... die destruction ciba... Only a few privileged individuals have that material today. Another one is Christopher Burkett... but instead he uses a Green Monster camera to shot 8x10 fujichromes he later enlarges on cibrachrome/ilfochrome, the regular path.

It would be great if ilfochrome could make a come back, probably it is feasible but reportedly it is technically difficult (or expensive) to manufacture that product with good off-line QC allowing consistent properties, so a high demand should be required. At the time ilford offered a (nice) final batch to those artists that relied on that medium, with processing chem delivered in powder to allow a long shelf life.

nice. it remembers me my enormous barn in the south of france. it had a branch hole in the wooden door which functioned as a pinhole and threw pictures on the rear wall. I more or less successfully exposed some photos on direct positive paper. contrast wasn't impressing, maybe because of stray light.

I have seen a project in toulouse that may have covered other cities. they had a lorry with a pinhole that made 2x4m photos, it was parked in the streets for a day. exposure time was several hours. so the streets and squares seemed empty and there was no shade.impressing photos. this was some 20 years ago. I have not found any information on the web...
