I subscribe to this guys youtube channel. He is one of the best at teaching PS skills I have found on youtube. While his tutorials are generally targeted at fashion/portrait type stuff his techniques can be used for general landscape and other forms of expressive photography as well.

He has packaged up a punch of really useful actions which make your life much easier when trying to get things done in PS. Watch the video and download the action pack. Have fun.

Eric...how would you compare this to NIK ?

I think NIK is intended mostly for non-fashion, non-portrait work and it is especially good for adjusting brightness, tonality, contrast etc,,,but not at all automatic for young girls' faces ...

Nik is good for quick and dirty stuff. I use it some times but to compare NIK to PS is like comparing a VW bug to a Lambo.

Fair enough. I combine NIK with PS ...I think it was developed for that purpose, tho some do use it as stand-alone.
